Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.
As a ministry leader for over 60 years, Awana is making an impact. A national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni’s spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!
C4 CHARGE Youth Ministries exists to REACH students with the love of Jesus, to JOIN them into COMMUNITY with other Christians, to help them DEVELOP in their faith, and live a life that brings PRAISE to our God.
We accomplish this through opening up the doors to our youth center every Wednesday at 6:30pm, to students in grades 6th-12th. When you come out to CHARGE you can expect to experience a lot of things. Building relationships with peers and leaders who care about you, a safe judgment free environment, times of worship led by our youth band, silly/messy games and crowdbreakers, and most importantly powerful messages of truth brought forth from God’s Word.
When Jesus set up the Church, he didn’t envision a location but a Group of unique people. Groups are where we connect and grow as we take next steps to fully follow Jesus with others.
Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (DR) mobilizes individuals and churches, along with their resources, to serve victims of disaster and share hope, help and Christ with them. Pre-K is a community outreach ministry of Cross Creek Community Church, begun in 2016. Our academic Pre-K curriculum for 3 to 5 year old children is based on science, social studies and Bible themes with an emphasis on kindergarten readiness.
Every day, we learn from the Bible about God and His loving plan of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ. Our Pre-K Bible curriculum presents God’s story in lively lessons from Genesis to the Great Commission. Each lesson reinforces God’s eternal love for us and powerfully presents the gospel message throughout the year.
The College and Career ministry at Cross Creek is aimed at college students and young adults who are pursuing their career goals. This ministry strives to meet social, intellectual, and spiritual needs by providing an opportunity for meeting like-minded people in an environment that is fun and encouraging.
The twice-a-month gatherings are fun, casual, spiritual filled events that cultivate long-lasting relationships.
The purpose of the women’s ministry is to edify and spur one another on to love and good works. We aim to achieve this through the study of God’s Word together. As we are grounded in the scriptures, we will have chosen the better portion (Luke 10:42). Always desiring in our hearts to maintain the unity through love for our Lord and each other.
The Gospels speak of Jesus’ compassion for those who were distressed and disheartened. He placed Himself among the suffering, offering them healing, hope and salvation.
We follow His example by caring, loving and serving one another during the good and bad times in life.
Comfort & Care provides compassionate and supportive services for our church family experiencing short or long-term illnesses, bereavement and/or celebrating a new birth.
Pastors around the world host outreach events in places where people may not know Christ and invite them to follow Him. Other churches use the boxes as resources for outreach in orphanages and other at-risk areas. In many places, they also offer The Greatest Gift, a Gospel story booklet Samaritan’s Purse developed for shoebox recipients.
