WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING ???
What in the world is happening? With high crime rates, drug explosion, political leadership lacking, sexual illicitness, unimaginable national debt of trillions of dollars, less buying power for your hard earned dollars, huge business mergers, scary international treaties like NAFTA and GATT, discussions of a one world government, global terrorism, talk of weapons of mass destruction. WOW!
Don’t be discouraged, there is hope! The bible tells us Christ will return when you see all this chaos and wickedness around us.
For God tells us, Christians will be removed from earth to heaven, referred to as the "rapture" of true believers. Millions of people worldwide disappear.
Then the earth will experience a time, which God calls the 7-year tribulation period. During this time a world ruler will arise called the "antichrist", he will be very great in speech, power, and authority and will bring the people of the earth together politically, socially, and spiritually for a time of relative peace the first half of the 7 years. Antichrist will head up the "New World Order" - keep your eye on the United Nations, and the new "United States of Europe". During this time he will institute the "mark of the beast" (Rev 13) on your right hand or forehead, that no one will be able to buy, sell or transact any business unless you have this mark.The last half of the 7-year period is called the "great
tribulation", so terrible mankind never witnessed anything like this
before. Antichrist will demand to be worshipped as GOD around this time with the
slaying of God's "two witnesses" (Rev 11). Over 1/2 the earth’s
population will be destroyed by, disease, pestilence, death, wars, murders,
runaway inflation, major earthquakes, volcanoes, catastrophic weather patterns,
Nazi like henchmen for the Antichrist controlling all life as we know it, major
meteorite strikes -- and still men will curse God.
The battle of Armageddon is fought near the end of the 7-year Tribulation period between the Antichrist and his armies versus China and her allies. Just before mankind totally destroys itself, Jesus returns with his armies from heaven and intervenes. Jesus and his saints return from heaven, and slay the armies in the valley of Megiddo - blood and bodies will be up to horses bridles.
Gods calendar of events is sure. Everything in Bible prophecy has been fulfilled up to the rapture of the true church. Look around -- you can see for yourself the formation of united world powers, the threat of global terrorism, the collapse of our dollar in world markets, illegal alien entry, constant talk of chemical, biological and nuclear threats, even the uniting of nations around the globe (especially in Europe). Tremendous technological advances.
If the Lord should give the command "Come up hither" will you be ready to escape the horrible tribulation period soon to appear?
The Bible says we’re all sinners and the penalty for sin is death--both physical and spiritual. Revelation 20:15 says "Whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire." God is holy and righteous but hates sin so much that he sent His son, Jesus Christ who knew no sin, to be our sacrifice. "The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin." "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Marvel not that I say unto you, "You must be born again." I beg you before its too late, receive Jesus as your Savior "that you may know you have eternal life." We are saved by the blood of the lamb and not by our good deeds.
